Hi!  My name’s Tim!  I’m a Professional Real Estate Consultant here in Southern Maryland.

How did I get started in Real Estate?  I worked in Public Safety for over 7 years, as a Paramedic and in Law Enforcement.  I joined a group of Realtors who make up the Ten 7 Project, which is a nationwide group of current and former first responders, whose drive to serve others has turned us toward the world of real estate.

When you think of a traditional Real Estate Agent, you probably don’t think of “serving others”, but think more along the lines of the “pushy used car salesman” type of person…but for houses.  Well, I know that personally I hate being “sold” or pressured into something, and that’s just not my style and not how I do things!  

So, how do I differ from that traditional “salesy” and pushy real estate agent? 

Treating my clients like family, always having the highest integrity, persistent determination, and hard work to come up with solutions, just to name just a few!

As a Real Estate Consultant versus the traditional agent, I focus on a more overall approach to each of my clients, which lets me focus on YOUR goals and needs, and not just commissions.

Instead of chasing the closing, my job is to work with my clients to find ALL the best solutions (not just the ones to make the most money), and to make sure my clients are educated on the current market and all the different options that they have. 

Then once we decide how to move forward, I help them navigate through that entire complicated real estate transaction, whether that be selling, buying, renting, or even just staying put for a little while if realistically that is the best option for them!

And my work doesn’t stop there – I make sure to do continued follow-up so that my clients are taken care of even after they move, and continue to do wonderfully in their new homes.

It’s truly a privilege to be trusted every day to help guide people through one of the largest and most complicated transactions that they will ever make in their lifetime!

WHY REAL ESTATE?

Sometimes I ask myself the same question…Especially when there’s no weekends off, long days, inconsistent income, the constant reminder of how many small businesses fail, or the many hours of learning, prepping, and pushing to stay one of the best.

However, when I hear about the horror stories people go through, see the lack of compassion salespeople have for their clients, or when it’s very evident people were treated like a transaction…In those moments, that’s when I remember why we got into this profession…I’m in Real Estate for you, your family, and your goals and dreams!
